When working with carriers and customers alike, we use three simple rules in all communication:

• Clear – Northern Freight trains its specialists to ensure that all of our communication, whether electronic, voice, or in-person, are perfectly understandable to all parties involved.
• Concise – Why use 20 words when you can use 5. Lets face it, our industry is busy and very time conscience. Getting to the point quickly saves everybody time.
